What is an audio guestbook?
An audio guest book is a unique way to capture messages from your guests through voice recordings. Instead of writing in a traditional guest book, guests can leave heartfelt messages, stories, or well-wishes by simply picking up a phone at your event.
How to use an audio guestbook?
Guests pick up the phone, follow simple instructions, and leave a message. The recordings are saved and later compiled for you to listen to and keep as a treasured memory.
What type of events are audio guestbooks used for?
Audio guest books are perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, baby showers, and more. Any event where you want to preserve the voices and sentiments of your guests can benefit from an audio guest book.
Is everything included with the package?
Yes, you’ve got everything included for your package type. from a vintage-style phone to instructions on how to use it. We ensure it’s fully charged and ready for use at your event.
When do you recommend booking?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. Ideally, 3-6 months before your event is a good timeframe.

What if my guests don’t understand what to do?
Our equipment comes with simple, clear instructions, and we provide support to ensure your guests have an easy and fun experience.
We also give guests examples of what they could say to you.
Is delivery included with the package?
Depending on the package, we offer delivery and setup services. For certain locations, we can also provide detailed instructions for easy self-setup.
Do i need a plug socket or Wi-Fi?
All you need is to turn it on!
In case of a charge fail, there will always be an emergency kit packed into your order. However, each phone is fully tested before sending out.
Do the phones have a battery?
Our phones do have a battery in them so this means you do not have to use a plug socket.
Do you ship abroad?
We currently ship to UK. However we can try to accommodate destination weddings by emailing customerservice@theidohotline.co.uk - Please note that battery powered items are changing for airlines. If this occurs of a ban a full refund will be given.
Is there a limit on how many messages an audio guestbooks can hold?
The audio guest book can hold up to 2000 minutes.
Do the Audio Guest books come with PAT test and PLI?
Our products do not need PAT testing as it is battery powered. All of our packages are battery powered, so we don’t require any use of any plugs.

How to pay for my booking?
All bookings will be given a IDH reference number once paid. This will be the number that was given to you for your deposit or full payment.
In your search bar, search for this code. This will then come up with outstanding payment and any extras that you might want to book on.
